Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To provide a convenient shopping experience, Astra Hue offers Cash on Delivery (COD) on select orders and locations.

COD Availability

Cash on Delivery is available only in serviceable pin codes supported by our logistics partners.

Astra Hue reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or customers based on operational requirements.

Order Verification

For selected COD orders, our team may contact customers via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to verify order details before dispatch.

Failure to verify the order may result in cancellation.

Refusal of Delivery

Customers are requested to place COD orders only if they intend to accept the shipment.

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in:

  • Restriction of COD access for future purchases
  • Requirement of prepaid orders for future transactions

Returned COD Orders

If a COD order is returned due to:

  • Customer refusal
  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailability during delivery attempts

the order will not be re-shipped until:

  • Full payment is made online, and
  • Additional re-shipping charges of ₹250 are paid.

Fraud Prevention

Astra Hue reserves the right to cancel or reject COD orders suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, or intended to misuse the service.
