Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Astra Hue, we strive to ensure that every customer is delighted with their purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our policy below.

Damaged Products

Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@astrahue.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the packaging

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same product. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value or an alternative solution at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@astrahue.com with photographs of the received product and order details.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of fashion jewellery and hygiene considerations, Astra Hue does not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Color variations due to screen settings
  • Minor variations in design, finish, or dimensions
  • Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance events

Returns may only be approved in cases where a damaged, defective, or incorrect product has been delivered.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • A replacement is unavailable, or
  • The order is cancelled by Astra Hue before shipment.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Missed Delivery & Re-shipment

Our logistics partners make up to three delivery attempts.

Orders returned due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to collect the package

will be considered a missed delivery.

Customers may request re-shipment by paying an additional ₹350 re-shipping charge.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, re-shipment will only be processed after:

  1. Full payment of the order value is made online, and
  2. The ₹250 re-shipping charge is paid.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request a cancellation, contact us at support@astrahue.com as soon as possible.

Product Care & Warranty

Fashion jewellery requires proper care to maintain its appearance.

To extend the life of your jewellery:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.
  • Store jewellery in a dry place.
  • Keep away from excessive heat and moisture.

Astra Hue does not provide warranty coverage for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tarnishing due to improper storage
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or mishandling
